We are not here to have intimate relationships with spiders. Achieve, track, vote and conquer — the Crown weighs heavy.

    4 workouts minimum

    At least 4 times a week — show up and show out. Log your workouts and show the team why you deserve the Crown.

  2. Step 2

    Prove every workout

    Share a quick workout story when you finish. Reps, run, ride. Do it your way, just get it done.

  3. Step 3

    Sunday, time to vote

    Who pushed, who achieved, who did what they said they would do. Vote in the Crown for the next week — could it be you?

Do I need a smartwatch to use Bout-It?

No. Bout-It is built around proof and accountability, not hardware dependency. Log your workout with a story and keep your crew in the loop.

Can each group set its own rules?

Yes. Every group sets standards that matter to them. The default is 4 workouts per week plus a Crown Challenge.

What happens if someone misses the target?

Benchings are signals, not punishment. They show when consistency slips so the group can reset standards quickly.

Is Bout-It for beginners or advanced athletes?

Both. If you train with other people and want consistency to be visible, Bout-It helps everyone stay accountable.
